Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is part of the Enrollment Management Division of the College. This office serves as the primary contact for issues related to student registration and records requests. The Registrar is also responsible for transcript requests and transfer evaluations, graduation information, course scheduling, and enrollment verification. Student Forms are Available on MyGSC

The Office of the Registrar has all student forms located on MyGSC under Menu: Student Forms.  All forms are available as a fillable PDF which can be emailed to the Office of Registrar or dropped off to the Office of the Registrar for processing.

Graduation Information can be Found on MyGSC

The Office of the Registrar has provided graduation information on MyGSC under Menu: One Stop.  Information about graduation and the Graduation application can be found on MyGSC and will be emailed to eligible students each semester.
