Transcript requests must have a handwritten signature. It takes two weeks to process transcript request, so please plan accordingly. Please include the following information: current name, address, phone number, social security number, graduation name and year of graduation.

There is no charge for transcripts. Transcripts sent directly to you are not considered official. If a separate transcript from the College of Mt. St. Joseph is required, it must be requested through the CMSJ Registrar Office, (513) 244-4621.
