Application Procedure

• Send a completed application form, with the nonrefundable application fee, to:
  
  
  • Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science
    375 Dixmyth Avenue
    Cincinnati, Ohio, 45220
  
  
• Request that an official high school transcript, showing GPA and all standardized tests (SAT or ACT), be sent to the College. Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended also must be sent. If the high school does not have SAT or ACT test reports, request submission of those from the College Board.
  
  
• After all the required materials have been received, the Admissions Committee will evaluate the application. Additional information may be requested for clarification.
  
  
• The Admissions Committee may decide to grant acceptance, provisional acceptance, delay decision pending additional information or requirements, or reject the application for acceptance. The Committee will inform the applicant of its decision in writing.
